that there with the grease nipples is 03/04 b1h. the one you actually want is the c1h 05/06 with out the nipples. last two on its part number (linkage/dog bone) is 45 i think. both will work, it's just that the b1h 03/04 one will lower the ride height (shorter tie rods) whereas the c1h 05/06 will keep ride height the same as stock. 

stock tie rods on the ten have 008 stamped on them, 05/06 c1h 6r have 018 stamped on them. not sure whats on the b1h ones

Nah it makes the linkage less progressive (more linear) so the spring rate doesn't "ramp" right up.

Yeah it will still make a difference, especially when leaned over. Most Motogp bikes now have digressive (falling rate) rear linkages to allow more movement when on the side of the tyre (reduces chatter)
