See Chinese whispers strike again! was nothing to do with welding! when I had fuel cap fitted to new tank  the bolt holes had to be drilled into new filler neck. Now before fitting tank I thought I had cleaned all the aluminium fillings and swarf out off tank. It is now obvious that I had not done such a good job as I had thought. Apparently it doesn't take a piece off crap the size off Bismark to block injectors........................well u learn!

So at least I have a complete spare set off throttle bodies now out off this  [rofl]

Thats shite luck horse  :crybaby2: And your right it does not take alot We had a 250hp tractor seize on the dyno after a rebuild. Stripped it down and found a tiny (and i mean tiny) piece of rag/fluff blocking an oilway to a main bearing... Not good Glad it's sorted  :icon_thumright:

Yesterdays idea. These days they go for oval cross section to get a larger area and the correct airflow "shape" to go around the bend in the intake port
