As the title says...am looking to see which is the better games console. Not too worried about DVD playback as have a pretty decent cinema system.

prefer the xbox , the playstation was meant to knock its socks off but the games look no better if not worse..... (though I have been told on cod 4 its better on ps3)

I find the playabitly better control better and online gaming better (harder on some games)

the playstation is defo cooler and has more gadgets though... you can use the ps3 for webbrowsing but not on the 360....

its swings are roundabout... I prefer the 360 for gaming

ps3 for me but i use it to watch blu ray dvds and i like the gaming, the only down side is no bike games!!!!

the bike games on the old xbox were alway better than the ps2

so I can only imagine what they will be like as like liam says nothing really to compare 

think that'd make my mind up as moto gp 07 rocks

I looked at both and the X box came out on top for me as a games console. Ps3 has lots of gadgets but not a great selection of games.

Hi, just my 2 pence worth, I've found that if you want a decent  driving/ riding game then out of the current consuls, it has to be the 360 at the moment, the games are getting better for the ps3 but there does not seem to be the choice . Having played both systems as far as graphic's are concerned the 360 will hold it's own against the newer ps3, as with anything though there's  always people loyal to one particular system, that's why I'm saying 360. There also priced well at the moment as this could be a factor in your decision. p.s. I'm not really an anorak !!

I loved my ps2 over the old xbox and day of the week..... it was moto gp on the old xbox that made me try the 360 when moto gp 06 come out it knocked socks off all playstation racing games

Can't get to play on it, got a 16 yr old son, think he would sleep with his 360 given a chance. Think he may of played you on moto gp G. seamed to think you were pretty good . Likes his COD type games better, in some sort of group on live , keeps him out the way though.
