Relentless is the best of the bunch by far though I haven't tried them all...

wake up at 6 on the morning of a track day down a can then when you get to the track down another can and your set for the day  :headbang:

I tend to stay away from caffine too, for some reason i find it harder to concentrate when i've had a redbull or similar, even coffee. I prefer to snack on sugar's to spike the insulin levels! Biscuits are usually the order of the day.

I have no problem with energy levels........ I have enough nutrition to last me a while (no fat belly jokes)

but its not just the caffeine in these drinks but the taurine that focuses the mind.... works for me anyhow... but every man is different  B-)

Not sure really......but try this.....I read somewhere that surgeons don't drink caffeine before an operation for fear of their hands shaking........I tried cutting out caffeine for a couple of weeks and noticed that I could play X-box games better, particularly first person shooters where you have to move a gunsight very quickly onto a target with no caffeine in my system......if it works for X-box then it should work on the bike..........

I also think it helps not to be full of caffeine on a trackday, especially if I'm pushing hard to cut a best lap-time as I don't want to be any more nervous than I already am!  I also think if you are loaded with caffeine you might over-react slightly when the bike slides, rather than just make a slight adjustment to the throttle......

Each to his own!  The guy I ride with also swears by no caffeine either.........bananas and carbs are your best bet for fuel!  I don't know if it really makes much difference but we all ride with our little superstitious "routines" and this is one of mine!

Yeah know what you are saying, I train a lot too but stop 3-4 days before doing a track-day......there is nothing worse than trying to curl up on a bike all day with tired muscles.........

I vote for relentless  :icon_thumright: In the old motox days (yawn i know) I used to neck red bull for fun and i noticed i was getting slower early on in the race. For some reason one meeting i did not have any red bull and guess what, I was consistant the whole day and hardly any arm pump. Stayed of the red bull from then on. It was Glenn that introduced me to relentless and i found it to be an excellant pick me up it also helped me focus. In small amounts i think it will lift a tired mind  :icon_thumright:

thaught going to the gym regular was suppose to up energy levels ? :dontknow:
I try not to be superstitious.... I aint racing in BSB and I am not to bothered if I go fast or not  :emb:

my only problem is I go to the gym alot... my body constantly feels tired and if on my day off (i.e trackday) I get up earlier my body doesn't like it ..... its makes me yawn and lose focus.... the energy drink just gives me the edge back.....
