I kept a record of what and when I changed things and ended up with handling that suits me. I manage ok low down in the intermediates on a trackday. I'm just under 16 stone in full kit.

someone explain the rules regarding sag .hollywood thats very interesting chap.
why does making the front spring compress more give more sag as per your chart. :icon_scratch:

Mmm never noticed that.... looks OK at the rear??? Better get my scribbles out  and see if I've typed them in the wrong way round. :emb:

thanks gopher,the sag has sunk in now.i will see what my settings are
