How long do they usually take to reply to an email?

Sent one on Monday and no reply from them at all.  Are they that slow, or do they just not bother with email.

demon tweeks are shit mate,even when they do send things out there always wrong,if only i won a few millon i'd set my own mail order bike shop up because theres no good ones around anymore

Thing is I only want to use it in the Master Cylinder and I'm not sure of it's size.

The Choices are

M10X1.0
M10X1.25
M7X1.0
M8X1.0

and all I wanted to know from Demon Tweeks was which size I would need to order.

I know that the bleed nipple on the MC is different to the ones on the callipers, so I'm a little lost with it at the moment.

Just rung em and the kind chap is sending me one, to see if it fits as they have limited knowledge about the sizes for Kwaks.

I know that I use an 8 mm spanner on the MC nipple and a 9 mm on the calliper but does that mean that the bolt size itself is diferent ?

I'll find out when I strip them all apart at the end of the month.
