yahoo got out on the crf 450 last week man it was great to get out on a crosser again .
and the sore legs n achen arms minds me how hard it was

legs wer fecan achen on monday n tuesday

but the big tabletop made up for it what a rush going out on it tomorrow again but to a dif track.

Those big 4's will pump your arms like no other. When i raced me yzf i had to have my good lady massage my arms between races because of the pump
