Torque steer can be an issue, try getting a test drive first.

Pat it's mostly for Diane to use, not me. i have always fancied getting one . it's not for hammering along with a stereo playing 'umpfh umpfh boom boom' just a nice looking car at a good price really and the Saxo is getting a little tired with 135k on the clock so it's really time to think about trading it in really

R1, a good point but we won't be hammering one and we will certainly test drive it, thanks for the advice

Yeah mate what Glenn says, butmake sure you test drive 5 or 6 odd as the handling varies a lot between them...

cheers guys, fingers crossed as I have an agreed price now, just need to hope it doesn't reach it's reserve on fleabay (which is higher than my agreed price  :icon_thumleft: )  if it doesn't work out I've got another in the wings, pretty much the same but more miles but Sat nav and a few extra's included so we'll have one soon for sure regardless.........

No probs with some good loud rock music 'my hard rocking amigo'  :headbang:
