I used to always prefer left handers on the road, probably still do. Which is weird considering I smashed my left knee up a few years ago....

However when I first got my knee down on track, it was on a right hander...so obviously although I prefer left handers its more a comfort thing than a physical thing. As I must have my knee down further on the right handers (similar to Henas and being able to get my knee that far out).

Now though, knee down all the time on both...but only on track. Never been confident to do it on the roads. Hell No!
