have been told that the oil we use at work is meant to be pretty good

tis castrol fully synthetic stuff

but not sure what to do to be honest

Doing an oil chnage tomorrow and she's having Castrol Power1 to slosh around the new filter.

It's fully synthetic.  Not sure what was in it from the last service at the dealer, probably some LIDL/ALDI special I would imagine.

shes worth it.and that was at drayton croft.they sais its
fine for slippers after you done 4 thou.
