cannot send a private message

hi.
i am trying to send someone a private message but i cannot see the verification image or listen to the verification code for some reason, so the message is not being sent. anybody know why this is happening.

I guess there is a problem with your registration process on the main site dude  :dontknow:

That's the only bit that requires the verification code  :dontknow:
