Now NOW!!!.....more than your TLs?!....... I love my 10R more than my TL but Man do i hanker after another one!!!!!

I would also have another, but an S this time with a flatbar conversion. And better suspension, lighter wheels, pc3, full system, ohlins steering damper, rearsets, carbon mudguard & hugger, Bakker trellis frame, brembo brakes and levers...     Perhaps I'll just stick with the Gix for now.

Last year I would have went for a new gsxr750 if I had the budget, but the deal for the 1000k3 that I got was on the table........so I took it.

Same for me the other year...was looking for a 750 and ended up with the thou k2 as the offer on it was really good  :icon_thumright:

Pat F has one and it's lovely, just don't tell him  [whistle]

The Gixxer 750 has always been a great bike and yes it's fast enough to keep up with anything simple as that.

If you really want one just get it but I doubt that you'll be able to control the mod spendinf frezy, if I were you I'd go for a completely different type of raod bike. If I were to track my ten I'd look for something like a Tuono etc for the road for a different experience, the Gixxer will hardly be different to the 10 but prob more refined.

No doubt Andy will be along in a mo to tell you all about his though  :icon_thumright:

Agree with that.......I've got the track bike 10 and a 996 Ducati for the road.......the twin is a really nice change and the best thing about it is that it's hardly depreciating and might even go up in value in a few years if I keep it nice......110 BHP always feels really slow after the 10 but how fast do you want to go on the road anyway??

Which M3 is it?...........I fancied one of them and test drove one a couple of years back......it was the last generation of 3 series and think it had 342 BHP.........good fun.......but the Mrs put her foot down and we've got a bloody diesel Kiddie wagon instead...........Not such a bad decision though when I'm cleaning out the biscuits and chocolate they've smeared into the back seat......

M3 is still on the wish list though.........along with the 911 Turbo, Jag XKR and DB9......... [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

Don't think you'd be dissapointed with the 750 mate, it's plenty quick enough for the road as R1Ninja will attest to, will happily take 600's in the bends and won't be far behind the 1000's on the straights.

I think you may miss the fight element of riding the 10 though, but having said that you have it for the track anyway so you'd still have your kicks out of it.

In the end you need to do what you want, I know your here asking for opinions and that's good, but in the end it's your hard earned and your decision.

Could be worth you getting a test ride on one so that you can see what it's like, you may even hate it after the first 5 minutes  :dontknow:

Somehow I doubt it though.
