Morning all.

I'm feeling ever so slightly delicate this morning, however the sun is out and I can see blue skies on the horizon.  May have to wait another hour or 2 before I get out on the bike though.

Now for some breakfast, bacon, sausages,  runny eggs, fried slice, black pud, mushrooms and a builders size mug of tea.

THE morninig after the night before ........................nice work on getting up so early,well me and a blackpool crew are going over to hawes this morning just giving it a bit longer as so the roads are nice and dry,it all looks good out the window .........this is gona be nice,first big outting in a while.
