As for posting pics on the site.

When you press "Reply" on a post. Its got additional options written at the bottom left corner of the reply box. Click on that and a little drop down menu comes down. The box at the bottom says "Attachments" and browse at the right hand end of it. Click browse and the it will take you to your harddrive where you can choose a picture to add to the reply. Maximum of 5 per post and max size of 900kb.

That or sign up to photobucket and host them there and then link them with [img] tags on the site.
