come on , you're on the ZX10R site, where 99% of us will say that the 10R is a mile better than anything else afterall  ;-)

I'll start................. just buy what you want, all the top end bikes are similar really, the GSXR1000 is generally known to be a better all round bike, the R1 is superb and the CBR is well... a Honda, the Ducati's cost more to run but are real nice and and and........

The 04/05 10R is a great animal of a bike that needs either careful suspension settings or a sterring damper....

Oh I nearly forgot.............the black ones are faster and the 1st gen are a million times nice than the wheelbarrow version and finally the titanium one os really brown  [whistle]

Best thing to do mate is take both versions out for a spin and see which one you like best. Better still if you live near any of us maybe you could take ours out and compare them? (for your info i live on the moon)

I opted for the 06/07 in the fastest of colours, black! I personally think it looks more modern and a bit different. I also thought it wouldn't have had such a hard life as most 04/05 out there but each bike will be different of course.

Whichever one you opt for though, you will not be disappointed!  :icon_thumright:

Oh, and welcome to the forum buddy.  :occasion14:
