and one of these, I dreampt of getting one of these in this colour scheme, I wasn't keen on the Rothmans colours.

never got one though decided that the Elsie was a better bike

Yep got a 500 triple, a KH500 and a KH400 looking to get the H2 next..likely end of this year as i have had to pay of ex and her debts first...then will have a bit of cash left...also got the suzuki triples too, and a few 80s twostrokes, just streeting up an rg250 but its my first attempt so not going very quickly...and i am too busy as well.

Thansk everyone for the welcome, and no problem about people giving their views, I will in time, but my bike will be on the road on the 7th...actually likely the 6th but will let you know...

As G says, this is normally a laid back board... :tongue3:

What 80's two strokes have you got then? Maybe able to help with advice on the 250 gamma as I had a mk1.

Hi Dave...

so far i have a kh500, (being rebuilt for the past 20 years) kh 400, gt 380 x 3, one on the road but sick two in very sorry states but will run again,  gt550 x 1 1/2 a GT750 kettle, a KR1s and a Kr1...both running but the s has a cranckseal gone so total rebuild due...going off to stan to be done though I think...not sure yet...an RGV track bike and my rg250 which I am slowly turning into a mini street fighter...the last two or three on the plan to buy are the rg500 an H2 and a Kh 250...then I am done with twostrokes unless i can get me an rgv500 gp bike...now that would be fun...

They are all going to be my project bikes for the next 5 years... :roll:

now its on with modern state of the art machines...

yes seen them both but all bets are off until I get rid of the debt of divorce for this year....once i am free from all of that i will buy them then...I am not buying any more basket cases though.  Want complete bikes...that I can ride...

Welcome mate. Not had time to get on site for a while so have some catching up to do. Enjoy your new toy. I'm in southampton and get up to Alton often. My dad still has an NSR 400 got it new in rothmans colours, rode it last year !!!!!!!!!!!!!! how thing have moved on :roll:

wow,,wow,,wow,welcome mate,i sure would like to see that collection.must have
a big shed. how about finding an ex gp 500 stroker,must be some around for the
right money.
