2008 ZX10R at Brunters
gopher:
I read that jon. Thats a fair differance, but they also said they expect the ten to beat the gsxr when there is a stop watch on it :dontknow:
Henas:
well guys as a r1 rider i've riden the new r1 and its very quick and nimble so to see the zx10 08 having a bit of a drama there catching it just says yamaha have seen the light now they've gone back to 4 valves per cylinder?(you see before the 5 vpc means just simply too much metal work in the way )
but to be honest i thought the zx10 would have spanked the r1 i was very suprised to be frank?
but it would be good to see the two on the raod against each other !!!!!!!! pure and simple ITS DOWN TO THE RIDER :headbang: :icon_thumright:
i aint gona buy one now :-(
horse:
Oh I remember those bends...................he couldn't wheelie far [rofl]

Not really mate it's down to which one feels the best for you and gives you the most confidence, not 10ths on the stopwatch. The quickest rider on any rideout usually only gets to each stop seconds before the rest
Henas:
a good rider can ride anything?
from a moped to a top fuel drag bike?
a real rider will grab every opertunity to ride?
ask my mrs i'm always up for a ride ? [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]
but really i have a old 99 r1 and i've riden many bikes?
there is nothing in it nowadays all the thou's are quick but if you get a guy which has no need for speed or lacks in some of the genetal area
then my friend you can have the quickest bike on the planet and the bike with a good rider on it will caine you simple as ?
e.g rossi in 2004 on a under productive bike, but still managed to kill everyone its down to the rider????
