Forces piss ups are just surreal........

We used to ride our bikes through the Mess when we were pissed on Squadron lunches......I remember riding a firestorm right through the bar knocking tables full of glasses over as I went............I was towing one of the guys who was retiring.......we had made him sit in a wheelchair all afternoon and he was hanging on to a rope we had tied onto the grabrail.......we rode up the bar downed a pint and rode out the other side.......the Boss didn't bat an eyelid..........that kind of shit was just expected after a deployment.......

Dropped it on my leg in the car park though and burned a pile of skin off on the exhaust.......
