Didn't make the gym this evening, but still of the smokes and caffiene  :icon_thumright:

Starting to smell stale tobacco smells everywhere now and not liking it.

It seems the worst time for me is between 5 & 6 in the evening, but finding somethnig to keep me occupied for 5 minutes whilst it passes and I'm fine.

don't talk to me about the gym  [wall] its my second home at the minute ....

I have put on 1 stone a 8 pounds though so its all good  :headbang: not looking forward to trying to strip the excess fat come the summer months  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

getting your sense of smell and taste back is worth it in itself. :icon_thumright:

I smoked for 15 years and gave up about 10 years ago. It's not easy but what you need most is will power. Those first 3 days were hell though!

It's satisfying when you get to the point that you feel sorry for smokers!

Started when I was 12, gave up when I was 24 & a 20 a day man.

Started again 3 years later after a really bad New Years Eve & within 6 months was doing a regular 40 a day !

Stopped again 3 years later & have been off them for 15 years now. 

Oddly enough, both times I quit were a complete piece of piss, had no withdrawl symptoms or cravings whatsoever  :dontknow:  In fact I remember actually being concerned about the lack of cravings the first time.
