I've smoked my last cigarette about 10 minutes ago.

I've thrown the dirty ashtray in the bin as well as my lighters and packets of cigarette papers.

I've got some NRT lozenges to help for the first few days.

I'm changing my diet as of this evening (did the shop yesterday) veggies are my new friends again.

I've just filled in a form to join a Gym.

I also move offices tomorrow as well.







Wish me luck, I think I may need it  [rofl]

mr K seems to have given me 50hp to much!!! but i think i can manage. O K maybe with a bit  more practice !!

a little tip every time you want a fags....

tap your wrist 100 times then tap your temple 100 time then tap you wrist 100 times while tapping say cucumber........

this may help......

Sub the lozenges with some patches (half price at Boots at the moment) - just stick one on and forget about it until you go to bed (they make you have some freaky dreams).

Tried them in the past mate and to be fair they were fine whilst they stayed on.  These lozenges seem to do a better job at taking the edge off it for me, whether that's cos there's something rolling around in my mouth that keeps me distracted or not I'm not sure.
