How do you claim of there insurance.

Do you phone your own insurance for them to contact them  :dontknow:

yes phone your insurance and give them all the details you can their name and reg plus what happened ? and leave it to them?
i take it he hasn't contacted you then?
plus go to the local nick and report him too!!!!
gives you extra leverage :icon_thumright:

Glenn are you fully comp or  TPFT ?  If fully comp your insurance would repair,  you pay your excess and then if you have it use the legal cover to get this back. If  TPFT get in touch with the legal cover provider and say you wish to claim off the 3rd party.

yeah I just spoke to him mate, he said I should just go through the insurance as he has lost his excess anyway claiming for his...

So I will be doing this on monday , cheers  :icon_thumleft:

he only damaged my can but I got a feeling if an insurance assessor comes along they might fix all the damage  :dontknow:

Careful with the above because  with some insurance companies you can loose your NCB if you repair on your insurance and claim back from theirs, (no matter whos fault the crash is) I would just make your insurance aware and ensure that his insurance pay for everything.
