I was talking to a guy in work on Friday and the point of registrations being linked to home addresses came up.

I'm sure that I've read that the owners details can be obtained from a reg number, in effect so you can check when buying etc but is it true can you find the home address of a vehicle from it's reg ?

Apart from every tom dick and theiving twat clocking yr plate on the road. Just make sure it un nickable from yr home just incase.

Couldn't you just run a HPI check on a vehcle to get the address??

the HPI check doesn't give keepers address, I've looked and can't see how to get it so far
