Looks ok but hopkins has always been a sell out for sponser lids... therfore is shite on that basis alone

I like the lid not the sponser though.

The biggest part of the lid is the sponser, without it... it would be not that detailed at all!

I'm not slating you for liking anything though, just my opinion same as his redbull lid, uncool to have to as its a sell out!

For me personally a racers lid should be unique to them and not the main part of it incorporate a sponser.

We're talking about lids are we not? The biggest part of that "design" is a sponser!

Kawasaki though if you want to call me a brand sell out you can say what ya like... loyal supporter and fan is all I see myself as!
To me that is like saying im a brand sell out for liking girls rather than boys.  ;-)

So if Walker had a sponser logo on his lid you wouldnt buy it :dontknow:

Yes the Hopkins lid is mainly sponser LOGO but look at the logo!!!! The colour is Green just like Kawasaki colour. Name another Rider rep lid thats got that amount of bright green in it.

Thats why i like it + Hopkins is a decent rider and on a Kwak now, so all + points.

I buy Lids for looks not support, unlike you Kev you sell out.

I just got a new lid, Miguel Duhamel rep, not because i like him, just because i like the design of the lid.

Well it's hard to say because im a die hard fan but I really do dislike big sponser lids so I'd be tempted to say no I wouldn't

But let's face it... who's gonna believe me? Infact I disliked the rizla blue added to walkers helmet to the point I wouldn't buy that if it came out so I can confidently say I wouldn't buy, ruined it for me!

Ok yeh the logo is mainly green yes but I don't look at it as a colour I look at it as a sponser logo and that's what other people would relate it to.

But personal preference that's all mate, aint slating ya just saying that's what I see it as and I wouldn't buy one.

How can the rider sell out just because they are sponsored by a Drink? Thats a personal sponser and riders of all standards need that to keep racing.

Do you think the Redbull rookies are a sell out too? Or that Redbull sponsor loads of extreme sports that no one else would touch.

I don't care about leathers

ALL i'm talking about is the lid... to me lids should be a personal and unique design!

A lid with a huge sponser logo being the main part of the design is neither personal or unique.
just MY preference. I'm only talking about lids!

You seem to be dragging this out when I've simply explained my views, if you've a problem with something else just say.
(i doubt you do, but better safe than sorry)

No i aint got a problem with anything else. This is enough for me :-S

What you on about leathers?

All i said was i like the LID not the sponser,so in my mind i wouldnt be selling out to anyone if i wore it. I aint paying Monster to wear it i'd be paying Arai.
You said its uncool to were a lid like that or a Redbull one. Fair enough, you stick with walker's technicolour dreamlid for the rest of your days :icon_thumright:

Anyway ive had enough.

Sorry didn't explain that well, I normally relate personal sponsers to leathers or stickers on a visor!

You wouldn't be selling out no! I'm on about the racer being the sell out... it's a nice enough lid I just wouldn't buy one for my own views.

I said the lid is uncool to me... not to wear it being uncool, none of my fkin business what people wear and frankly dont care.

Nah I don't just have walker lids, I like my shoei lid too... I like to rotate my lids
