To finally rid myself of the demon weed.  Feel pretty sick of 'em really, the benefits surely out-weigh the negative aspects, just don't enjoy it anymore. And I know I can be fitter and feel better about myself for doing it, just gotta knuckle down and stick to it.  Last time it took two weeks to break it's back, thats all . As the title says 'Long hard road out of hell' .

Tried the 'fag money in the jar' method a few years ago.

Saved up enough for the Ohlins damper....then started smoking again

I know no will power [naughty]....but at least I got the damper
