Isn't  forearm pump caused by the muscles contracting onto the nerves.

So wouldn't exercises to increase muscle in the forearm make it worse?

thanks, I'll try but it's really hard to try to be loose but I'm trying, it's sort of natural to grab the bars and fight a little when you hit a corner etc............arghhhhhhhh also the balancing when standing up seems to make me hold on to tight  :-(

try not to stand up to far get your arse over the back end but keep you elbows bent so you can still turn quick kinda sit up like a jockey .  heres another tip for you when you`ve got your foot out in a berm dont have it straight inline with your knee turn it out to one side. so if your in a left hander have your toes turned out pointing to about 10 oclock this will stop you cracking your knee off the bar if your foot hits a bump try it just sitting in a seat have your foot straight and lift your knee it comes straight up then point it out and your knee will go out the way ok .
