I went a few times. Deffo worth it if you can put up with some of looks/remarks i.e. " are those indicators legal" (with raised eyebrows and wagging finger) etc

Joy vampires for the most part. Reducing the soul of riding a bike to joining the dots and colouring by numbers. It's possible for some nervous or uncertain riders to gain knowledge that may be useful to the continuing of life, but I discarded most of the dreadfully dull 'Roadcraft' tripe.

Whatever works forya, but count me out.  ;-)

It's true that they can be a bit boring, mostly middle class farts or ex  coppers,BUT,they do  have a vast knowlegde and experience of riding bikes, and you can learn  a LOT from them,my training was invaluable,I still use most of it today, and it has certainly kept me alive amongst the idiot car drivers,so it is useful training.............

Sort of what most of the top racers do i.e. break it all down into components so that they can control/improve each bit.

Did you ever have a yarn with any racers? A fair number of them haven't a clue why they are fast, they just do it without thinking. Get technical and watch the eyes glaze over.  ;-)
