possible valuation help please

how much and I just want serious opinions only....

1 black zx10r in standard form road kit dented tank and 2 deep scratches in the left side , everything else works fine 8000 miles needs its 8000 service....

nothing else is bent its an 04 keiron has checked the frame and forks he said they are fine  :icon_thumright:

er no its mine  :icon_scratch: dented tank was the IOM accident  :dontknow: I am thinking of selling , I could trackday for a long time on the money I earn on it  :dontknow:

I think you know as well as anyone what they are worth mate. You may get 4k for it at a guess from me depends where you try and sell too.

Would 4k be enough to warrant selling it though?

in its current condition I think 4K would be a decent enough price thats about what I was think really...

I have enough bits on it to break down and sell to make up almost a grand...

I just need to crunch some numbers and to mull over in my mind whether I could live without a road bike.

Don't do it you'll regret not having a road bike. I know I would. Unless you're going to be doing trackdays twice a month.

What happens when the money from this runs out and you want to do more track days? I see what you mean about selling your soul once you get hookeed.

Well in that case get a 400 - no stupid speeds, but on a decent B-road the handling will enable you to run rings around most other bikes.
