if you get the phone back a replacement undr warranty prob best.
then get him to meet you half way, maybe coventry and do the exchange face to face
with the 'new' one.

he sounds a bit dime bar with his emails

i like psg1's solution though we could form a line

maybe the dope has dropped it or summit. (in his possesion for a few days eh)
lcd screens can do that after a shock, the edge connection can fracture,
he says he only has half a screen, that may well be the problem.

Ive had no reply from the email i sent you back yesterday. Can you let me know whats happening please. I dont want to leave this hanging around any longer than needed.

If there is still a problem with the phone and yo havent been able to solve the problem, we could meet up and i could have a look at the phone see if i can work it out. If its knackered and i can confirm its the phone i sent you,from cross referencing the imei numbers off the box and on the phone, then i will take it away and send it back to 02,get another brand new one and you can have that. Hopefully that will solve the problem for us.

Ive got a question about your account, something i'm finding a little strange. You have been buying and selling alot recently and have been getting feedback from buyers etc but you dont seem to have given anyone feedback since the 20th December. Can you tell me why this is please? I hope you will leave me feedback as i will do for you too.

Well i had a reply from him at 03:36am this morning

yup thats coz ive got exams these days n soo many courseworks!! nothing
dodgy about giving the feedback dont worry..i havent been able to sort
anything out unfortunately its still coming up blank..you can check
anything you want everything is in the box as you sent it..nothing except
the phone has been used yet. please advise how to sort it out..where do you
wish to meet me?

Ive emailed him back asking for him to send it back and i will check it out and send it back for a replacement.
If he's willing to meet and let me cross reference the numbers etc then it must be the right phone and its either been damaged it transit or he has damaged it.
