is this cars and bikes (and lorries etc)?? i guess they want even more illegal driving/riding to go on out there...

i know someone recently who got stopped: had no license, no tax, no insurance and yet got off with a few hundred pounds fine and i think 6 points...guess there isnt that much of a deterrent any more...

makes me wonder why i bother sometimes.

Why give points to someone with no licence?  It makes the law look like a joke, never mind an ass.

It really pisses me off that certainly in this case there's a 'restructure' of the pricing model with no benefit that I can see other than fleecing us for following process and like Gabs says the people who don't bother with a licence etc just get away with it as fekking usual.

There are hardly any police out on the roads and with all the technology out there all it does is catch us 'honest' citizens for the slightest error with no judgement in place, The wankers who drive with copied plates continue to run a mock  and it becomes easier for them every effing year......... 

Only today I was discussing the whole ethos of the UK which is headed into an admin controlled environemnt with no real people or even conversations anymore just like the demise of local communities...........
