Finished work early to come home and do some of what I should have done in the peace and quiet of my own home with the kettle near by.


Got in and bugger, couldn't a thing. (Same time tomorrow please  )

Managed to get the laptop connected to a neighbours unsecured wireless network and went straight to the status page and found the current problem, so I found something else to do instead.

It was a particularly bad hit, 2 hours and that's the longest downtime I've had in the last year since I've been with you.

yeah its been probably one of the worst in history if me being with AAISP... the other worst one was a power outage in our datacentre that was bad

Nothing worse than some twat on the phone telling you that it ain't working when your already looking for the fault eh!

I get that everyday,  must remember to re-route my telephone line to someone elses number soon
