I stopped smoking 6 months ago  and have put on a few pounds, so for me its loose some weight and live life as best i can and that means far more trackdays and sickies

O and i want to master the art of stoppies  as everypne wants to learn wheelies

so the weight training and mountain biking started today, is it more reps less sets or the other way round

its more reps more sets lighter weight if you want to lose weight mate 

do 5 sets of between 15 and 25 but with a lighter weight about 25% of you maximum weight...

Been steady at this weight for over 12yrs now so don't think its gonna change much now!
