Sorry if its in the wrong section but i didnt know where else to post it.
Would anyone know if putting race cans on my bike will void my warranty on my bike
It might sound like a daft question but all the same it would be nice to know.

How would they know?  I suppose at worst they wouldn't cover you for anything that could be caused by the pipes, but as they supplied new 10s with Akkies I think they'd be on shaky ground.

How olds the bike?           Fit cans that are approved by kawasaki like Akrapovic ,     Best thing to do is ask your dealer because he might be a pain.     

Mines pretty good so carnt see you having much trouble!

Have never run standard cans! never had any problem with warranty, If you feel really worried by this and do have any current issues just put standard can back on when addressing this issue with DEALER!

In my experience dealers dealers are not worried about warranty issues as they make good money out off Kawasaki for warranty jobs, ie I regularly wheelie up and down outside my local dealer, then when my frame cracked sometime ago they had no problems in getting New Frame under warranty.

Thanks everyone i think the best policy would be to fit the race cans after its first service .
Just to be on the safe side.
