try and stay out of the pub in the week. as a contractor working all over the uk theres not much to do at night but go to the pub  :roll:

also to stay in the 15 stone mark as i was over 17 stone 1 month ago.

Same as you Jon realy,

i got back into training Sept and lost a stone up to last week, prob
put a bit back on over xmas etc. want to loose 1.5 stone in total
and keep it off :icon_thumleft:
its mad how when i give up the boxing/cv/weights the pounds creep up.
exercise is good for the mind, keeps ya moivated.
much easier to excersise in the winter as you dont sweat so much :lol:
should be 12st 7lb then, not bad for a 5ft 6 &3/4 inch dwarf. :lol:

oh and to get them bits fitted to the bike :icon_thumleft:
rearsets are ready to go on now after a clean and repaint.
they had lost some of their black anodising, prob because the
guy i got them off left his bike in the sun :dontknow:

thats the same height as me! should that be fat......................... [whistle]



Mine is to get my back strong and spend as much time on the bike as possible.
