New years resolutions

What are your new year resolutions for 2008?

Ive only got one at the min and thats to lower my body fat % = more CV in the gym. :icon_thumleft:

My missus is giving up smoking, so january should be a barrel of laughs in our house :shock: :lol:

to get masiive in the gym again lost a bit of size over the last month or so I wanna break the 15 stone mark now  :icon_thumleft:

gonna need some extra BHP for that though  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

nothing realy. I try not to make new year resolutions. Puts me under to much pressure trying to achieve them, so I don't bother. Although I do want to get fitter and loose some weight.

Maybe sell the bike, all my kit and take up bowls now that I'm 40. [rofl]
