Ive bough everything from AMD ECU's from the states,  Samurai swords hand made in China and 4X4 parts from Australia never had probs. His feedback isnt bad and to be honest if someone is guna rip you off dosnt matter were they are, even in the uk dosnt always mean you can find them.
