Hands up if your still riding in the weather !!!

Just wanting to see how many people are still using there beloved bike to travel to and from work ??

Any advice on how to keep my baby  clean over the winter would be  great full.

scot oil do a protector you spray on your bike.... it puts a film over it and you bike looks really scummy and scuzzy but clean it off with a normal soapy bike cleaner and hose down and bike is sparkling.... I used it when I went to Isle of Man when it was pissing down and it was great  :icon_thumleft:

I get know fun out of riding in the shit and salt on our road during winter and i dont have to as i have a car.

Its not the rain and cold that pisses me off, its the crap the local council chuck on the roads - stuff attacks the big like sandpaper. Even a previous Honda wasn't immune.

I've got my old R1 for commuting in this weather, which is very satisfying funnily enough, it makes you ride more smoothly which pays dividends in the summer.  It's quite mild at the moment, so apart from a bit of rain it's business as usual.  I've not bothered with ACF50 yet, I think they've gritted the roads once in the last month and that got washed away quite quickly.

I ride my z750 every day ALL weathers,have to,its my only transport,already washed the bike 3 times in 5 days,beginning to piss me right off!!!,its a bastard to clean with just buckets of water,and garage 100ft away!!!Never mind,keeps me young. :tongue3:

Had no choice to ride this week,  my car decided  to put a leg out of bed, and made a nice hole in the engine block !! :shock:   Oil ever where !!!!
