What did i learn last friday?

Not to ride the 10r when its icy.Even 10 mph highsides hurt like hell.

I did the same thing years ago on my ol Gix 11K,turned out of my road,the back span up....spat me off...and i sat there on me arse watching me bike ride off down the road on its own,it suddenly realised that the riding idiot had fallen off and decided to lay down for a chortle!!.......  [wall]
