went up balmullo yesterday for a proper shot of the crf 450 man i cant remember it being that rough shows you wot a wee spell off the bike does for you guess the smooth tarmac`s been spoiling me 
quick run down of the day 1st lap binned it twice just sunk the front into 2 soft deep berms n dropt it more  than anything else done another lap and came off my cheast was achen haven`t breathed this deep in a long time 
had to set suspension back to standard it felt like a chopper far to hard o the front out for another 3 laps n came in gave my mate a shot n he dialled in the front end massive difference and handling alot better now done another 3 laps then off again totaly fooked real hard going up here today the tracks deep sand and very soft realy takes it out of you.after a long rest went out done another 4 laps and called it a day going to go to a less demanding track next time just to get a bit more bike fit then go back to this track for the stamina.



andy yes my foto hurts but i thnk it was breaking the boots back in again
and a couldn`t help it said i wouldn`t go for the air time but that lasted all of one corner till i hit to drop offs man what a rush.

i too did some of the old mx ing the weekend got 9th overall out of 45 riders not bad though but its good to see people doing the dirt stuff and not just the tarmac

   have a mental image rider stuck to the tarmac by the seat of the pants and bike disappearing off on it's own. I make no claims regarding sanity; I'm here, right?

don't know yet mate as i think i've just purchased a motorcross shop will know in the next couple of weeks.
but the guys playing hard ball over the price at the mo ?
but i want to do it? and the mx too greedy i know but if this project goes down it'll be a def
