thinking about a bit of cosmetic changes, whats best on the standard plastic(fairing, seat and underbelly as a primer or as an alternative to paint what about stickon plastic? anyone had any experience on these lines?

I've not watched Blue Peter for ages but they used to go well with the 'sticky black plastic' 

I think paint is the way to go mate or maybe a graphic kit over the current paintjob

Have spotted a few wheelie bins about town ............adorned in fruity stick on plastic... nice.

Might be a bugger to get all bubbles/creases out when applying to a bike?   

Might do for bikes what woodchip did for walls in the 60's
