back ok andy bit achey in the morning but no probs
but my foot is fooked the ass holes at the hospital missed 3 cracks on the bone behind my toe and some damage to the joint ave been walking about with a burst foot since it happened ,
how about this a doctor that has a cbr 600 came off at knockhill went to same hospital as me got kept in overnight n sent home next day with what they said was torn cheast shoulder n kneck muscles well the bloke wasn `t convinced n went to another hospital turned out he had a punctured lung n 3 bust ribs. thank f$$K i wasn`t him.

I recall that you said that you felt that your foot was broken when you were hobbling about, at least you now know, aye belated but better late than never. :-/

to be honest i only want it for going to a deep sand track at our bit it realy saps you and its good for stamina suppose i could ride over the monster jumps n miss out on the big air time    [whistle] yeah that`l be f$$ken right  :headbang:
