A woman visiting her husband in hospital was shocked to see in one room a bloke wanking himself silly, disgusted she turned to a nurse and asked what was going on
"he has an incurable disease" said the nurse "he has to masturbate five times a day to keep himself alive"
the woman then looked in the next room to see a nurse giving another bloke a blow job
"filthy" said the woman "why is she doing that to him?"
 "same disease" said the nurse "but only he's with Bupa"
