hid bulbs

have been looking on kawiforum, HID headlamp bulbs look like a good mod. Are they legal in the UK, if so how much is a kit (ie both bulbs and the ballasts). Even better is anyone using them?

Will give him a call as sonn as I get chance. He can do any single or mixed kit. Just varies a little on price.
