Is loading the mortar the new blokes job? (1min 12 secs) Afterall the loader has to break cover while the other 2 stay down :D

in the mortars is a senior bloke job..... you would of had to been in a few years before moving to support company..... but for sure if you a newbie in the mortar platoon then you will be loading  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

I was D company Recce platoon so completely different to support company , but equally you had to been in a while to move to the company  B-)
