Good pics Mark.

What did you think of the R6 then?

I got my arse handed to me by some talented little gits on Thursday at Croft - I really, really want you to say they're stonking machines, easy to ride and have around 185bhp at the rear wheel.

...just so I feel better you understand?

Well Phil's are the full on Supersport tune so really go bonkers from 12K onwards ;-) a real world 130bhp @rear wheel.

Very light and you can carry so much more corner speed and hard braking into the corners compared to the 10R.  Strange as it may seem much more physical to ride fast compared to the 10R -- just so much more work required to start getting the laptimes down ;-)

So during the day I was surprised to hear Phil say that he thought I was close to the 10R's laptimes, well bugger me if I had it well under 1.19 with it first time out and I'm only getting down to 1.15 with the 10R (after 2 seasons)  so its surprisingly quick once you get used to it.  Its regular rider can get it into the 1.10's at Snetterton

Could easily see myself ending up on a 600 at VDV next year ;-)  You coming along ??!?

legzr1:
Thanks for that Mark - not exactly what I wanted to hear though  [rofl]

Defo fancy another Euro adventure but most of those that did VdV this year are fancying Catalunya next year - blokes at the circuit and kids, wives + gf's away shopping  :icon_thumright:
