You would find it hard to beat my Z750 for  a street bike,although I don't have it now,as still being repaired,having a few bits of 'bling' put on it,should make it better,its fast,nimble round town etc,fantastic little bike.

Good point, forgot about the Z750, though I took this vote as a money no object sort of thing, so not real world.

Am actually considering  replacing the 1200 Bandit I use as a comuter / general runaround with a Z750 , only thing I can really see that I may have an issue with is the brakes, two pot sliders on the front isn't really cutting edge technology, guess I really ought to test ride one first though.

Hmmmm....if money were no object then I would have a KTM like Glen said...or a brand spanking new Ducati!

Then again...I did look at a Street Road a few months ago....loved it!

I am looking for a second bike, and think a naked is an option...maybe an old Z750 or 1000 or maybe a Ducati monster!  Problem is, whatever I get, I will want to commute on it a bit more than I can my 10, which means most nakeds are out.
