Not exactly cold yet . . . But when it does get properly cold I've got some thermal leggings that I wear under my leather trousers and I have a Hein gericke textile jacket with a really warm winter lining.  Top that off with a nice warm neck tube thingy and some winter gloves and usually warm as toast.

Usually some textile stuff for normal winter wear.
If it gets colder then thermal under clothes are on under the afore mentioned textiles.

Summer gloves (got heated grips which are brilliant)
Fleece kneck tube.

A mate has just bought one of these gimp suits from Heine Gericke and to be fair I tried it on over the weekend and I may actually get some for myself.

I bought a Revit textile jacket last year, very warm, stacks of armour and it was pretty cheap too.  My winter boots are a size too big, so I can wear some decent bridgedales.
