luckely no plaster but have to put a brace on when im moving about "nick named forrest" for obvious reasons. it limits movement of my knee to 60 degrees but cant bend it to that yet as the staples are still in an makes it uncomfortable . SO NO WRINKLY CHEESY LEG  [rofl] [rofl]

best wishes for a full recovery; the physio is VERY important . I dislocated an elbow onetime and the hospital put it back and told me not to move it for 2 weeks. I went to an osteopath cos I hurt my back as well, he took the sling off and started moving it right there, said if it wasn't moved for 2 week s it wouldn't move again. It's perfect. your knee is different but when they tell you it's ok  work at it, probably hurt a bit  but long term it's worth it. diet supplements are good for joints, glucosamine and chondroitin; got a frozen shoulder(bloody hairpins) low speed crash and I ignored the "minor" problem, really gives me stick now but the supplement   helps a lot.If I'd known I was going to live this long I'd have looked after myself a bit better; oh well, can still ride. Anyway,I wish you well, Just may get to the UK next summer, If I do you'd better be leaping around again or I'll want to know why not. by the way whats the deal on the insurance, haven't seen anything on here lately

Got my first physio on wednesday so will see what they have to say. As for the insurance still waiting on them there not exactly rushing themselves. PLAIN OR CHOCOLATE DIGESTIVES?
