best wishes for a full recovery; the physio is VERY important . I dislocated an elbow onetime and the hospital put it back and told me not to move it for 2 weeks. I went to an osteopath cos I hurt my back as well, he took the sling off and started moving it right there, said if it wasn't moved for 2 week s it wouldn't move again. It's perfect. your knee is different but when they tell you it's ok work at it, probably hurt a bit but long term it's worth it. diet supplements are good for joints, glucosamine and chondroitin; got a frozen shoulder(bloody hairpins) low speed crash and I ignored the "minor" problem, really gives me stick now but the supplement helps a lot.If I'd known I was going to live this long I'd have looked after myself a bit better; oh well, can still ride. Anyway,I wish you well, Just may get to the UK next summer, If I do you'd better be leaping around again or I'll want to know why not. by the way whats the deal on the insurance, haven't seen anything on here lately
