Not sure on the lights being so close together and they have gone back to the seperate indicators at the rear which i think is a shame as its one more thing to change. On the whole though i like it and i think it will look a treat with the right mods.

It's certainly an improvement getting back to the original bad boy style, I can't see any 04/05 owners going for it though and the 06/07 is so different from it that I can't see them jumping for one either 

Must admit that it is nicer than the Blade etc so it should be top of the new 1,000cc bikes especially as the GSXR lost it's way really after the K5, well in my opinion anyhow , I guess '05 was the year for the nicest group of 1,000cc bikes

the lights do ruin the lines and the mirrors are stupid and the can needs changin other than that its pretty good

needs 04 05 headlights then i'd consider one.....but av to say i'm hanging on to my baby for forseable future

It looks bland from the front, I can't make my mind up, but it reminds me of something, Triumph/Aprillia Futura/FZR400.  I've seen on the road pics that make it look like a GPz500, it's so ordinary I can't believe anyone could compare it with the 05 model.  I thought Harley were the only ones to use cheap afterthought bolt-on indicators for the front, crap, crap, crap.  Judging by the exhaust system I think Suzuki got it right by going for two smaller tail pipes this year.  The discs are up 10mm, but the calipers look like a makeover, two circles painted on the current ones.

thanks for the link Doug, for me it's more like the C model than the D model but it's just not enough to make me consider wanting one, I guess the original and new 10R was a revelation and it's this that I'm looking for in a bike, a sort of invention rather than update really

Yeah what are Kawasaki thinking? Why dont they just build the same bike year after year. Oh yeah they used to do that back from 98-03 and got left well behind. Change is good people,

yes change is certainly good andy, I just excpected something more somehow. anyway it's good news for me as I still like my 05 and can't afford an 08 anyhow

well im all in love.................................yea there are a few changes to be made, like some mirrors,with out the indicators on em,plus a slash cut pipe,instead of that big can and thats it for me its looks the doggs,i bet it will look smart in track/race form.................i wonder which bsb teams will take it on???
