13.4 Gigapixel photo

Jon I know how they have done it, and how they claim to call it a 13.4 gigapixel image.....
for starters 1 image cannot do panaoramic view so its more than one image.. so it is lots of images put together and the all in one image then equates to the 13.4 gigapixel....... the length of the lense is still pretty big but its not as simple as giving you a camera and you shooting that picture....
it would probably be on a motor and take mutiple pics moving slightly each time :icon_thumleft:

USA have satelites that can drop in orbit down to 50 miles altitude and read number plates, newspaper headlines and get enough detail on a persons face to recognise them.
And then there is google earth how do they do that :icon_scratch:
